A: Our senior management team has significant experience marketing, selling, acquiring, financing, developing and managing commercial real estate and most notably vacation and resort properties. In addition, we have the expertise and background of developing and growing new businesses.

A: Some of our senior management and middle management are native to Mexico. They understand the methods and inherent differences in doing business in Mexico. Without them it would be nearly impossible to negotiate contracts, hire and supervise workers, as well as successfully maneuver around all the state and local government red tape. In addition, we have obtained the best accounting and legal firms in Mexico to ensure we are in compliance with all laws and regulations.

A: The resort consists of two - nine story towers. We are currently targeting completion of the first tower to be in the mid-2010 timeframe. We plan to begin fully operating the resort at that time as our administrative offices, the restaurant and other key services will all be housed in that tower. Construction of the second tower will proceed immediately thereafter.

A: Yes. Beláire is currently selling memberships at pre-construction prices. This is a great time to make an investment since prices are considerably below where they will be once the resort construction is complete and since the units are selling out quickly. The resort is also offering no maintenance fees for life for certain types of preconstruction memberships.

A: This is not a company but rather a brand name. Beláire Golf Resort and Spa and any other resorts we acquire or take on the marketing/sales responsibilities will become part of our overall brand "The Luxury Experience - Private Resort Collection". A: Belaire is operating with the same owners and management as it has had since the beginning. The only change is the creation of the brand name in order to provide an umbrella for all of our resorts.

A: Belaire Golf Resort and Spa will have the ability to exchange time with other equivalent ultra-luxury vacation and residence club properties once the building is completed.
